I'm Krischelle Nielsen and I love photography!

I'm 26 years old and I live in southern California with Jacob, my husband of 5 years and our 2 dogs Coco and Bella. I've always loved photography and taking pictures but never took it seriously. I did take a photo class in high school but that only got me an A and nothing more, lol. I'm discovering that you don't need to have 15+ years to be a 'good' photographer, nor do you need a great camera-- though it helps to have one! You just need the right light and subject (and maybe the right lens, and ambience, etc.). Right now I am shooting with a Canon Rebel Xt, which I've had for almost 5 years now. It's my first real DSLR. One of these days, I'll own a MK III... Who knows, they'll probably have MK X by the time I can afford a III!

I started shooting pictures of sunsets and my family using my mom's studio. As much as I enjoy being in front of the camera (hey, who doesn't?), I love being behind it even more. I realized from that moment, I wanted to be a photographer. I'm so grateful to have the support of my husband. Photography is a wonderful form of art and I'm glad to have the opportunity to share it with people ^.^
